We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the design, prototyping, and production of precision medical equipment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical components for surgical instruments and medical devices.
  • Create and revise 2D/3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize designs for manufacturing (DFM).
  • Select materials and design components considering biocompatibility, durability, and safety.
  • Work on assembly line setup and mechanical quality assurance processes.
  • Perform tolerance analysis, stress analysis, and prototype testing.
  • Ensure products meet applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in mechanical design and CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, etc.)
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes: machining, sheet metal, injection molding, etc.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in surgical or healthcare device manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485, CE Marking, or FDA requirements (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with CNC machines and mechanical testing equipment.
